Change of mind

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you carefully check sizing and product details before purchasing.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page.

Please include:

• your order number
• as much detail of the issue as possible with images ready to hand

If approved, we will offer:

• a replacement item
• or a full refund

Customers are expected to send all items mentioned back in the same condition they recieved it in, with secure packaging and tracked shipping.
